My Students
Many students in my classroom come in without any prior knowledge or experiences in an educational setting. Each child in my classroom absolutely loves learning, although the method and environment in which they learn best vary greatly. Seeing the progress my students make is nothing short of amazing.

My kids often face many barriers to education, but they know that when they are in school they are in a supportive environment where they can thrive both personally and academically.
My Project
I am requesting daily practice journals for sight words and for language, foam dice and resources from Teachers Pay Teachers. This school year has created many additional challenges for my students and their education. Class time is limited due to the strain of virtual learning. It isn't developmentally appropriate for my kindergarteners to do everything on a screen. They need to utilize fine motor skills by using crayons, pencils, and scissors. These materials will enable students practice such skills and continue learning past the designated screen time.
My scholars need more time to work on certain academic skills and to practice utilizing different motor skills that aren't being developed when relying solely on a device.
The workbooks are targeted at supporting my scholars in areas that they are currently struggling and need extra support. TPT has a variety of fun resources to create individualized packets aimed at the specific needs of my unique students. The dice add an additional level of movement and math skills, opening the doors to many more fun educational activities.
