Learning Entrepreneurship Through Student-Led Fundraisers!

Help me give my students valuable machines and supplies to allow them to manage their own fundraisers!

My Project

My students are amazing, intelligent, and creative individuals! They are always eager to find new ways to show and prove their value. Being able to set up and run several fundraising activities will allow them to develop the necessary business skills that are required to successfully manage these projects.

Being able to take charge of these enterprises will empower my students and will allow them to be proud of their accomplishments.

This, ultimately, will have an amazing return on their social-emotional learning, which will build a firm and solid foundation for their learning journey.

A cup sealing machine (with sealer film) and ice maker will allow students to develop and run a boba drink/smoothie bar. They will also be able to use the rosette tool and the waffle dog machine during fundraising events at school.

The funds raised through these projects will allow my students to have access to infinite possibilities, from educational field trips to the creation of a maker space at our school. I want my students to dream big!

These projects will provide my students with real-life skills, which will, in turn, prepare them for college and career readiness. They will learn how to plan, budget for, advertise, market, and carry out an actual business plan. They will acquire the necessary expertise that is required to develop and implement a project.

Students who are confident and proud of their achievements become outstanding lifelong learners. Being able to develop and nurture the entrepreneurship skills promoted through running student-led fundraisers will contribute to strengthening my students' critical and independent thinking.

Thinking critically and independently will allow my students to tap into their full potential. This will allow them to grow into successful young adults who will be ready for high school and beyond.
