My Project
Our diverse classroom is a vibrant mix of cultures and languages, with many students navigating the challenges of learning English while maintaining their native language. To support these young learners, we're seeking your help to create a rich bilingual learning environment.
Our students are eager to learn and grow, but the language barrier often hinders their progress.
Bilingual resources will allow them to connect new English vocabulary and concepts with familiar words in their native language, accelerating their learning and boosting their confidence.
We're requesting bilingual books, dictionaries, and labels in Spanish to match the primary languages of our English Language Learners (ELLs). We are also requesting a translator to help the students translate their needs from Spanish to English so teachers can understand them!!
