My Students

My students are all individuals with great potential.

It is my job to help them grow and find their own successes. We are a small school located in a "little town on the prairie." My students' needs are as unique as they are. We work on reading, writing, math, social skills, behavior, and everything in between. My students spend time one on one in the Resource Room as well as lots of inclusion time.

My Project

ETA hand2mind Daily Math Fluency Kits are an awesome way to get hands on materials to help my students learn! Many of my students need hands on, concrete ways to learn and solve math problems. In order to increase their math fluency we need to improve their mathematical thinking skills.

Providing a daily opportunity to master math skills in a fun way is crucial!

My students definitely benefit from repetition and reteaching for mastery. This kit will help my students focus in and master one math concept at a time.

By giving my students successes in the resource room, they are able to practice those skills in the regular classroom with pride!
