These are unprecedented times. Never did I imagine that when my students and I said goodbye in March, it would mean that it was our last day in the classroom. However, the year is not over yet!
We are actively engaging in all sorts of different online platforms and learning new things.
My students and I participate three times a week in Google Classroom meetings to go over new material and to check in with each other. In addition, I am recording lessons at home for them to view and continue to learn new material. I am amazed by their level of engagement and participation and families' willingness to try new things.
My Project
Please help me give my students learning materials for home and distance learning due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Students are not able to leave their homes due to the quarantine in New York. My student needs a variety of materials for Google Classroom for Ela, Math, Social Studies and. Science.
My students are Autistic.
They attend a 12-month school year, so I will need to provide work digitally during the summer months.
My students need grade-level reading, math, science, and social studies materials. These resources will help my students succeed during these trying times and also make distant learning fun and exciting!
