My students are so full of life. They come to class every day with smiles on their faces and ready to learn. They are always excited about what will be in store for them each day. I try my best to keep learning fun! Especially for my ELL students. Most ELL students I get are beginners or emerging, and my job is to prepare these students to speak, read, and write English as quickly and proficiently as possible, so they can not only excel in academics, but they can also participate in social activities and have the ability to communicate with their peers and teachers.
Learning should be fun and engaging!
I believe, when teachers use activities that make learning fun and engaging, students are more willing to participate and take risks. Having fun while learning also helps students retain information better because the process is enjoyable and memorable.
