Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Just as we close out the end of our 23-24 school year, we are preparing for the next school year. My students will share an outdoor space with other Special Education students this upcoming school year.

We would love to turn our patio into a calm space where students are able to begin their own garden and grow together.

We would require an outdoor storage bench to hold all of our supplies. This will also double as a "Buddy Bench" where friends can read and talk to each other. We are also in need of some minimal supplies such as, shovels, pots, soil and mat to help keep areas clean.
