My students are AMAZING, I have only known them for a few weeks but they continue to amaze and inspire me everyday. I teach 1st grade at a suburban elementary school in Utah.
Everything that I teach my students is new information that they need to learn in order to progress their education.
I am teaching them new routines and procedures that they will use throughout the next 12 years of their lives.
In my class, we build a community around what we have in common and our shared experiences. We partner share with each other and are constantly learning how to be kind to everyone in our community.
My Project
In light of the COVID-19 pandemic many of my students are experiencing being in a classroom for the first time. Many of these amazing resources will help maximize their 1st grade learning experience. I am excited to give my students a space to learn and grow in my classroom. Many of these resources will help make practice and reading stations fun and exciting while also providing the necessary tools to practice 1st grade skills. Thank you for helping me give my students what they need to succeed in 1st grade.
