This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I love Scholastic News! My students love Scholastic News! We always look forward to sharing it together weekly and finding out what is happening in the world. It is a fantastic and well-organized way to learn about so many new things.
Scholastic News is a fabulous non-fiction magazine that allows students to keep current with what is happening with today's climate and environment.
I love the videos that go with each issue the best. My students love the games at the end.
In the past, we have learned how to stay cool in the heat, gardening, the solar eclipse, how goats help to prevent fires and more. These issues are packed with information!
