I am requesting this American Girl doll so that we can learn about history in a fun engaging way. My students with special needs can learn about history in an exciting way through dramatic play and music.
My students will learn about history and what it was like growing up in these decades.
I will read the book and let students explore and research what it was like in the 60s. We will also listen to songs from different decades and what the lyrics and songs are expressing. We will make posters and display them in the hall. My younger students can role-play using these dolls. We will have fun and dress up, I am very excited about this project.
