My Project

Nutrition and human bones are part of our physical education program, but unfortunately, because of economics my students are not given access to these things. Having a life size human skeleton will give them a wondeful visual to fully understand the bones when we are learning about them. The my plate resources will be used to create fun and active games in P.E. to teach my students about making healthy food choices.

Havings these things will give me the opportunity to bring the human bones, health, and nutrition into P.E with exciting, interactive, and physical movement lessons.

I love to make P.E. lessons into fun games, where they do not realize how much physical movement they are actually doing and how much they are learning. They get really excited after a lesson when we talk about what they actually accomplished!

Please consider helping me bring these wonderful and much needed resources to a group of children that often go without.
