My Project
This year, my third-grade classroom is focusing on acceptance. This project requests of variety of books to enhance my classroom library to be more inclusive and diverse representing more of my students.
The number one way that I believe to build acceptance is exposure to other cultures, beliefs and traditions.
It also includes a gift card for a teacher website where I would like to purchase a resource called Dancing Around the World. In addition to different picture books and watching informative videos, I thought a fun and engaging activity would be to learn dances from different countries and cultures.
This classroom project was brought to life by Townsend Press
