Learn to Read--Read to Learn

Help me give my students enough books for them to read during our Language Arts time to go with our curriculum.

My Project

We just started a new ELA curriculum within our district and were not given enough of the books our students need to read. It is important that every student has access to each text in order for them to be "reading".

Sharing books is not cutting it for my students this year.

We need more books--one for each student! If every student had his or her own book to use, they would be able to practice more skills such as picking out evidence to help them write. We are starting to transition from "learning to read" to "reading to learn". All students need access to text in order to do this.
