My Project
My students need leveled high interest books that will help them increase their love of reading and improve their level of comprehension. Having my students self select their books will have a significant impact on them enjoying reading the books. It will also give them a sense of ownership of their learning.
These books will support individual students reading at their independent level.
Reading is a fundamental skill needs to be the motiving force in order for students to become life long readers. Providing my students with what they need to be successful prepares them for College and Career readiness.
