This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I would love to add three more Dash robots to our Maker Lab. We have used Dash robots for the past two years and the students are learning so much about basic coding and applying those skills. Dash robots are a key component in our Learn to Code unit.

With increasing class sizes next school year, adding these three robots will help to keep group sizes to 3 or 4 students.

Having smaller groups working with a robot ensures all students have a turn to code the robot and to also practice working together.
