This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

Please consider donating to my "Learn Through Play" project for Giant Magnetic Pattern Blocks, a Flower Building Set, and a Pretend Play Food with a Vegetable Cutting Set so that my students can learn about shapes, and gardening through play.

Children play to practice skills, try out possibilities, revise hypotheses and discover new challenges, leading to deeper learning.

Play allows children to communicate ideas, to understand others through social interaction, paving the way to build deeper understanding and more powerful relationships.

These new manipulatives would allow me to set up a garden center in our classroom and a place for my students to learn about shapes and patterns. Thank you for considering donating.
