My Students

My students are creative, curious, and ready to learn! The students in my class are hard working students who love to learn and see things for themselves. More than just read and learn about things, they want to do or to experience things that we read about. They love to touch and do "projects" about the topics we are discussing.

They want to get involved in the learning process and be an active part of it, not just a silent listener.

My students deserve every opportunity to learn and grow.

My Project

We have started a new reading program (CKLA) at our school. This is a wonderful program and the kids absolutely love learning about the many topics we discuss. It would be a great opportunity if they were able to see 3D models to help them better understand the material we are learning. That is why we need the Wellden Medical Anatomical Human Skeleton Model.

Nothing can replace the experices of touching and seeing something first hand.

The human body is one of the main units we speak about and discuss. We learn about the many different systems in the body. One being the skeletal system! I can show them pictures but their is nothing like seeing a life-size version. This will spark the curiosity of the students,and have them asking questions for days!

Another big unit we teach about is our solar system and the stars. This 3D model will help the students understand the position, and sizes of the planets in comparison to each other. It will also show the colors and the important features of each planet.
