Help me give my students the ability to learn through play and storytelling! I have asked for story board items and also organizational items (white boards, book bins, etc.
I teach German in an elementary public German Immersion school. I have over 750 students a week. Their proficiency level varies from beginning to advanced (K-6). Our German curriculum is a combination of STEM and cultural themes. One way the students especially love to do to learn German is storytime-- both being read to, reading to others, and writing and putting on their own plays. I love their enthusiasm and their spirit. I love seeing how proud they are when they can understand new words and speak with confidence!
My Project
Learning new vocabulary and creating new stories through play, acting, and call and response. I teach elementary German at a German Immersion school. I have over 750 students a week ranging from Kindergarten to 6th grade. My students love to be read to, especially in German, and we like to write and put on new plays to help reinforce what they've learned. These items are a class set. This will allow each class to be able to use these items repeatedly and have adequate storage for the white boards we love to use. Also asking for new white boards as ours are currently chipping and warping. Thank you!
