Help me give my students flexible seating and sensory input options to help them regulate and learn.

My Project

Please help me give my students options to meet their seating and sensory needs. I've learned that when students have options they are better able to focus on the content and activities going on in the classroom.

Students are also able to learn what their body needs to learn and focus best.

This is a valuable skill that will aid them throughout their journey as life long learners.

These seats will also empower students to learn how to better regulate their emotions and feelings as they have options to meet their need for sensory input. Things such as the sensory strips can help them to regulate in class rather than needing to leave. That in turn helps foster better relationships with peers, a calm learning environment, and deeper learning.
