This is the second year of the middle school dance program and we’re excited to take our students’ learning to new heights—literally! Athletic mats will allow our students to safely practice acrobatics, floorwork, and partner techniques while building strength, agility, and confidence. These mats will make a huge difference in their learning by encouraging safe risk-taking, helping them overcome anxiety, and instilling a sense of trust, both in themselves and their peers.
Your support will help students see that with the right tools and support, they can accomplish even the most difficult or scary things.
We want our students to see themselves within the arts and explore their full potential, whether in dance or future careers. These mats will help foster a mindset of perseverance, healthy risk-taking, and creativity, setting the stage for lifelong learning and growth in the arts.
Our students are resilient, talented, and eager to explore new skills. By contributing to this project, you’re helping them gain access to resources that will prepare them for the challenges of dance and beyond.
