This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students learn in a flexible seating environment. They are able to move as they need to in order to focus and learn and have loved every minute of finding the seat that works best for them. While my classroom has a lot of moving options, it is, unfortunately, lacking some soft options. We have a large rug in the reading area but unfortunately, we don't have soft seats for them to relax in and read.

I want to help make our reading area a wonderful place to be by incorporating these soft bean bag chairs.

This will help my students enjoy the space and look forward to reading time even more. Instead of sitting on the rug which is still hard, they can have a soft cozy space to relax and learn. Thank you for considering us!
