Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Exposing children to 21st Century and giving an opportunity for students to explore possible future careers is the main goal for our college career lab. Although the district provide us with some kitchen's supplies, our lab needs those items so students can learn to make sushi and spam musubi in order to provide full expose to cooking.

My students are engaging exploring different careers in the college career lab and it has been helping them to achieve academic success.
The rice cooker can also be used for steaming vegetables. The electric stove will give an opportunity for a second student to cook with another student. The toaster oven will allow students to bake.
