Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I love how passionate and full of ideas my student government members are. They truly care about making school better for everyone, and I want to give them the tools to succeed. With binders, tabs, and basic supplies like pens, highlighters, and pencil pouches, each student can stay organized and focused. These materials may seem small, but they help create a sense of purpose and professionalism.
When students have the right tools, they take their roles more seriously.
Giving my student government students structure can and will help them step into their responsibilities and truly lead. I want them to walk into meetings feeling ready, with their notes in order and their ideas clearly mapped out. These resources will help them plan events, communicate better, and work together more efficiently—skills they’ll use far beyond the school year.
