Leaders Creating Leaders: A Student Project To Motivate And Inspire

Help me give my students a chance to acknowledge the good deeds and efforts of their peers.

My Project

Our Student Envoy group is made up of young leaders within the school building that have signed up to lead by example and share the 5 secrets with their peers and younger students. These secrets are designed to encourage positive behavior and belief in oneself and his/her abilities. At our school, students and staff alike believe that there will always be opportunities to grow.

Our Envoy leaders would like to acknowledge their peers and younger counterparts when a secret they've learned is put into action.

The resources requested will mobilize our efforts and give the Student Envoy leaders the inventory to go room to room during the school week, offering a chance for students to be rewarded for their positive attitude and academic grit. The Envoy Students hope that by appreciating the academic and behavioral work of their peers it will promote a positive school culture as well as continued effort on the part of the students. By funding the items listed for our store, we hope to bring smiles to the faces of students who have worked, and continue to work, so hard.
