LCD (STEMsystem) Display Monitors
My students need LCD display monitors for our Raspberry Pi programming project.
My students are smart, motivated, hardworking, and eager to learn. They come from a variety of backgrounds, places both near and far, and for some immigrant students our classroom in Jamaica Queens is their first introduction to school in America.
My students are determined to succeed, despite the limited resources available to them in our inner city public school.
They have great aspirations, and it is my job to provide them with meaningful learning experiences and teach them skills that they can transfer to college and careers in their futures.
We recently received a donation to our classroom for Raspberry Pi's, keyboards, and display monitors, but in the interim of creating the project and having it funded - the displays we ordered became unavailable, so just like Daniel, we're "back at it again!" seeking donations to fund mini LCD display monitors for our Raspberry Pi's.
We need LCD display monitors so that students can see the code they are writing on their newly acquired Raspberry Pi's.
These LCD screens are an essential component to utilizing the Raspberry Pi technology. This resource will give my students access to countless STEM projects in computer programing, automation, and robotics.
DonorsChoose makes it easy for anyone to help a classroom in need. Public school teachers from every corner of America create classroom project requests, and you can give any amount to the project that inspires you.
