LCD Projector for My Students

My students need a LCD projector.

This project is fully funded

I teach Living Environment(a NYS Regents Course) to a very diverse urban, high needs group of 9th graders, including special ed students and immigrants.

The only technology I currently have in the classroom is an overhead projector and my students would benefit greatly from a LCD projector that I could hook up to a computer.

The resource I need is an LCD projector. This will benefit my students by allowing them access to Power Point lessons and notes, video clips on line, practice for regents prep on line, and much more.

In order for my students to attend college, they will need to pass my course and the NYS Regents. A LCD projector will provide my urban, high need students with a resource that many suburban students take for granted. You will make it possible for my students to have a resource that will help them with this course and with passing the regents. This is a major step for them to graduation and college.
