This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My Athletes work hard and play multiple sports throughout the year. We do our best to keep them healthy and in the game. Sometimes all they need is a little stretching and mobility work. The oil allows me to help the athlete improve range of motion and decrease pain through a treatment called instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM). This type of treatment is also called scraping. The oils and lotions allow me to glide the tools over the skin and increase the mobility while decreasing the damage to the skin.

Athletes enjoy the relief and improvement they feel after an IASTM session.

Without the oils or lotions, I can not provide scraping treatments for our athletes. Your donations allow me to continue to provide beneficial treatment that helps keep our athletes in the game.
