Laundry Service Supplies to Help Keep Students in School!

Help me give my students laundry supplies to help them launder their clothing at school.

My Students

Do you remember high school? Did you have social, emotional, or economical hardships? My students attend an alternative high school in Minnesota. They are low-income underserved high school-aged students who are working to achieve their high school diplomas, despite the odds stacked against them.

Curious, enthusiastic, and determined my students need laundry supplies in order to meet their needs.

Every student wants the opportunity to enter school with the supplies and access to services they need in order to focus on their academic success. My students deserve a chance to have their needs met at school to earn their high school diplomas.

We are doing that by providing them access to free laundry services, clothing, food, and personal care items. I need your support to purchase laundry supplies in order to realize this goal for my students.

My Project

This year we've generously received a donation from a local church, a washer and dryer. We have created a clothing closet that provides free laundry services, clothing, food, and personal care supplies for students in need.

Students who attend the alternative high school are low-income underserved, many are also young parents.

We are looking to provide supplies and services to increase their attendance and likelihood that they will achieve their high school diplomas.

We frequently encounter students in our school who are unable to attend for lack of personal care items, food, or laundry services. We hope to change that!
