This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The requested math resources will be very beneficial in helping to explain math concepts in a fun and engaging way. The math kits will help students to grasp concepts using a multisensory approach to learning.

The materials will allow myself to expose my students to rich materials when focusing on fundamental math skills such as: regrouping, base 10, fractions, and place value.

The resources will provide an opportunity for students to engage in meaningful strategies which will offer a visual and hands on approach to learning which will enhance their overall learning experience.
