This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I love reading to children and my speech students who struggle with reading love having books read to them. It’s a great, small group environment that has so much language rich activities with literacy.

These specific books are for upcoming units I have planned for social/emotional learning, construction, Black History month, and sports.

I send home newsletters for parents so they can carryover the learning we do in speech and make more connections with the specific themes and vocabulary at home. It truly is a team effort and when you fund this project you are also a part of the success!
