My Project

I teach an amazing group of Bilingual Learners in a high needs area.Here's a paragraph from a teacher's first-person point of view:

Speaking and listening are very important components of the ESL classroom and my students need more resources to help them reach their individual learning goals.

As an ESL teacher, I've seen firsthand how my students struggle to express themselves in English. They have so much to say, but lack the vocabulary and confidence to communicate effectively. That's why I'm passionate about providing them with comprehensive vocabulary resources and engaging listening center materials. With these tools, my students will be able to learn and practice essential language skills, building a strong foundation for success in all areas of their academic and personal lives. By supporting this project, you'll be giving my students the gift of language, empowering them to share their thoughts, ideas, and perspectives with the world.

Currently, our classroom resources are limited, and I've seen students struggle to keep up with their peers. By incorporating listening centers and vocabulary resources, I can create a more inclusive and interactive learning environment. Students will be able to practice speaking and listening at their own pace, building fluency and confidence. I've seen the impact of similar resources in other classrooms, and I know that with your support, we can achieve the same success. Together, we can unlock my students' full potential and set them up for a lifetime of success.
