Laminating Machine and Pouches for Our Vocabulary Words and Pictures
Help me give my students a laminating machine and pouches to make our vocabulary word cards and pictures usable and reusable for continued use with our writing, reading, and spelling practice.

it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students have a reusable word wall that they use to write in their journals. They can go to the wall, grab the word they need, and bring it to their desk. They write the word and return it to the word wall in alphabetical order. Looking up at a board and back down to a paper then looking up to find your word again is a difficult and time consuming task. Children often start one word and finish the letters of a different word. Having the ability to bring the word card next to them makes writing easier, more enjoyable, and allows for more accuracy in writing. It also gets them out of a sitting position to move and think.
A laminating machine and pouches will help me to protect these word cards and picture cards which will allow the children to use and reuse the words continually, multiple times in a day, all year long.
I will save these word cards for future years. Over time, I will need less pouches as words will be repeated in years to come. I can reuse these same cards while creating new words for the different interests of next year's students.
These pouches will also allow me to preserve my students' beautiful works of art and final writing projects so that they can be proud of and have their accomplishments for a lifetime.
