My students need these laminating films, so I can use it with the laminating machine donated from Donors Choose. My students can reuse the colored printed materials since it's durable. We save paper and ink.

My Students
I am teaching students in NAC and ESL grades 6, 7, and 8. These students just arrived from different countries such as Mexico, Honduras, and El Salvador. I teach at a Title 1 school where there are 98% Hispanic and less economically disadvantaged kids. My students are on free or reduced lunch. After Hurricane Harvey, I have been purchasing supplies for them. Any help would be of tremendous support, so students can move on and continue learning in order to become successful one day.
My Project
I have had several experiences when I had to reprint a bunch of guide notes and colored printed materials and pictures for my students. I have seven classes a day. I usually make a class set of class assignments. However, it doesn't work that way. Halfway toward the end of the day, the sheets are either written on, slightly crumpled, or partially torn. Imagine if they are laminated? It can still be useful even for the coming school years. I have the laminating machine. "Thanks to Donors Choose, Best Buy, and Someone who cares about Texas" for the donation. What am I going to do with it without the film?
