My Students

My students are learning to become very enthusiastic young learners. Being in a small district, I have had the pleasure of watching these students over the last few years. They are all unique from their personalities to their learning styles. These students can be very successful if they can get the materials they need.

These students live in a high poverty area and many often don't have the chance to be successful at home and rely on school to help them exceed their goals.

Our parents are very willing to help but many cannot afford the extra expense to support their students.

My Project

The new chairs for our class will help our second graders reach the floor without wobbling out of their chairs. These chairs will allow students to work on projects in our classroom on any given day so that we can experience more hands on learning.

Our class is in need of age-appropriate chairs for the classroom.

The current chairs that we use in our class are middle school size and belong to older grades.

The big issue with the current chairs cause interruptions to learning and new chairs that fit each student will allow for better education and less distractions.
