My Students

Welcome! We are so glad you're here! Our classroom is one lively place full of play, literacy, math, science, music, art, and lots of exploration. Thanks for stopping by.

My kindergarten students are a lively bunch who love to learn and play.

These kids mean the world to me and I want them to be successful and proud of themselves. We are developing a sense of self for each child through their play, social skills, partner learning, one on one conferencing, getting parents involved, and making sure they are aware of the world around them.

My Project

With the funding of this project, our classroom will have access to learning about letters in a fun and active way. We are using a program that will teach us a new letter everyday.

We are working on learning a new letter everyday and part of that learning includes using sentence strips.

Everyday we will learn about a new letter of the alphabet and make a hat featuring that letter. In addition to learning the name of that letter we will learn what sound it makes, how to write the letter and make a book that shows things that start with that letter.
