Help me give my students access to materials like paint that are new to them!

My Students
My students are eager to learn and to create. This will be my first year teaching at this school, but my fifth year teaching in Philadelphia. I am looking forward to continuing to build a strong art program here.
The school population is very diverse.
We serve students from a variety of cultural backgrounds with a variety of needs. We have a few autistic support classes, and many of our students are learning English as a second language. My art program serves at least three homerooms of kindergarten through 8th grade, totaling about 775 children.
My Project
I have been wanting to supply my students with Kwik Sticks for a while. Kwik Sticks are a unique art material. Kwik Sticks are tempera paint sticks that allow students to add paint to their projects but involve no water! I am very excited about the prospect of receiving this material for my students because it allows painting without the mess of having to pour out water. Kwik Sticks will also be useful because sometimes we have shorter art periods. Kwik sticks will allow my students to still be able to paint on those days. We will also use the india ink to outline and add extra detail to our masterpieces.
