I love their curiosity for learning about the world around them. The world is so full of possibilities and the children seem to embrace that. My class would benefit from technology that would help guide their learning into the future.
My class is made up of 22 vibrant kindergartners eager to learn.
I want to give them the opportunity to explore and keep up with technology as they grow. They are so amazed and excited when they can use technology.
We have 7 Kindergarten classes this year at our school. The children work so hard everyday to learn to read, write, add and subtract. They are making great gains.
My Project
The Osmo kits will enhance my students learning in the classroom. I will utilize the Osmos in my word - work and math workstations. The children will work together in pairs to complete their tasks. The students will learn cooperation as well as responsibility by working together and taking care of the technology.
The students will also be able to use the Genius kit to help them reinforce learning of letters, numbers and shapes.
These are essential for the kindergarten students to master by the end of the year.
The students can also use the Osmo for writing, which is a very important skill to have in each subject area.
