This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Students at my school are amazing, strong individuals who are eager to learn. They come from many different backgrounds, and they deserve every opportunity they can get to further their education. I hope to see all of them graduating college one day.

My Project

I strongly believe in the power of reading. Reading allows us to explore the world and different experiences without ever leaving the classroom. I think it's important for us to see the world through other people's eyes so that we can learn to empathize with everyone.

I have requested a few books that I think would make a great addition to our class library.

I also added books that I would love to have a class set of so that we can come together as a class and read together. I appreciate any help. Thank you!
