My Students

My fourth-grade scholars are awesomeness overload! They give me life with their curiosity for learning and love for living. They brighten my day as I watch them take on academic challenges and excel. I am proud to say that my love for reading and writing is easily passed on to my scholars. We engage in daily novel studies where we dissect books and discover the wonderment of the written word. My scholars know that readers are leaders.

My Project

My scholars will benefit from the use of a durable backpack. Backpacks are commonly used by scholars and are often preferred to handheld bags for carrying heavy loads or carrying any sort of school materials, because of the limited capacity to carry heavy weights for long periods of time in the hands.

Some of my scholars might not be strong enough to carry much weight from books and tablets, or perhaps they risk tripping and falling when they have too much to carry in their arms.

Backpacks will allow my scholars to carry items on their backs, making it easier to see in front of them to navigate thecrowded playground and other widely used common areas on campus.

Backpacks are better options for carrying books and supplies. That's because the weight of the pack is evenly spread out across your body. The strongest muscles in the body — the back and the abdominal muscles — support the pack.
