Kitchen Improvements

Help me give my students more tools needed for our kitchen lab to be more functional.

My Students

I teach 9th-12th grade students who are eager to learn, but we have some materials key to our class that need to be replaced. My classroom is all hands-on, life skills that the students need to be successful adults in the world.

With having key materials missing, it has been hard to complete labs as needed to show the students real-life skills.

Having the knowledge to provide for themselves in the real world is the main focus of my class.

My Project

These items will help to add to our kitchen lab at school to make things run more smoothly. With previous DonorsChoose.org projects, I have been able to update materials in my class kitchen to better fit the needs of my students.

These supplies will help my students better our cleaning routines and storage for the cooking lab.

The dish racks are a major need as we currently have nothing but towels to lay out dishes that are washed. The storage containers are greatly needed to update our current ones that have some age on them.
