My Project

The focus of my Health & PE classes are to build a foundation for lifelong fitness and a holistic perspective of one's overall health. For this reason, every Monday in PE class, anatomical notes and supplemental materials pertaining to the various body systems are presented.

Having a resource such as the miniature anatomical model in our learning environment would help enrich the lessons for the students to have tangible objects to manipulate, helping create an immersive experience.

Providing a variety of supplemental resources allows for increased student engagement, allowing different learning styles to be addressed.

It is important for our students to gain fundamental knowledge of the human body, because the status of one's health and wellness will impact their quality of life and contributions to society.
