This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are extremely creative and caring! They would love to have the opportunity to create a kindness rock garden at our school using these paint pens. Our school has a beautiful courtyard and relaxing koi pond. We would love to enhance the space but also put more positivity out into the school community. This would also give my students the chance to leave their mark art and share some positive affirmations with others who might need to see it. Many times children have an easier time sharing words of encouragement that they, themselves, wish to hear!
