Kindness Kits: Spreading Wellness, One Act at a Time!

Help me give my students supplies to create Kindness Kits, including journals, stress-relief toys, colorful pens, and packaging materials, so they can spread positivity and support mental wellness in our school and community.

My Project

Our students are bright, caring, and full of potential. Every day, they show up ready to learn, even when life outside of school gets tough. We believe small acts of kindness can spark big changes — not just for others, but inside ourselves too. Our students are learning that caring for others and caring for their own mental wellness can go hand in hand.

This project will empower our students to create Kindness Kits — small, thoughtful packages designed to promote emotional well-being, positivity, and connection.

Each kit will include items like uplifting notes, stress-relief tools (such as stress balls or fidget toys), mindfulness activities, and self-care reminders.

Students will assemble the kits and distribute them to classmates, staff, and even local community members who could use a little extra encouragement.

Through this project, students will practice empathy, teamwork, and creative problem-solving. They’ll also engage in important conversations about mental health and how kindness can be a powerful tool for healing — both for others and themselves.
