Kindle Tablet Accessories For Fantastic First Graders
My students need five Kindle Fire Tablet cases and five sets of headphones to use with their Kindle Fire Tables they received from our last Donors Choose Grant!
A typical day in my classroom consists of Fundations(our phonics program), Guided Reading groups and literacy workstations, then writer's workshop and reader's workshop, math, lunch, recess, specials, and Science and Social Studies! Our day is action packed from beginning to end!
I have 17 very caring and sweet students.
They are excited about school and eager to learn! My students come from all different backgrounds and even are faced with difficult circumstances on a daily basis, even with uncertainty and difficult circumstances they still come to school prepared to learn and ready to make a difference in their school and community. My students teach me something new everyday!
My Project
My students will use the Kindle Fire Tablet cases and headphones to protect the Kindle Fire Tablets that we received from a previous grant! Our Kindle tablets will stay protected and we will use the headphones during literacy and math centers to keep the volume low and to not disturb others! My students and I received five Kindle tablets and we can't wait to use them during our daily lessons and literacy and math centers! The headphones and cases will be an added addition to our tablets and will reinforce new technology concepts as well as teach students to take care of new pieces of technology! Students love technology and will further their education and excel in academics with the addition of Kindle Tablets, headphones, and tablet cases! Together We Can! All students can learn!
This project will make a difference in my students lives because it will give them the opportunity to use Kindle Fire Tablets with headphones and cases during literacy/math centers, daily lessons and projects!
My students will learn the responsibility of taking care of precious electronic equipment , and using headphones to keeping the volume low during literacy and math centers. These students will experience 21st century learning and they will be engaged! The possibilities are endless!
