My students come from various ethnic and social economic backgrounds. Our school is an ESL school. Each student has their own learning style.
Building a classroom that is organized and welcoming is my main goal. My kindergarten students deserve an interactive classroom that will help them grow as a student and an individual.
My Project
Having a set of Kindles will allow my students learning to reach new levels of engagement. Every day we do ELA and Math station rotations. One of the stations is a STEM station. Students use a variety of technology and coding programs at this particular station. On the tablets students will be able to visit many reading and math educational apps. Each student would be able to use a tablet and would not have to share with a partner. This will allow me to have a variety of apps for my higher performing and struggling students. By differentiating this station, my students will be able to reach their learning goals at their own pace.

As a teacher, I try to offer as many learning opportunities as I possibly can. The addition of the Kindles will create an engaging and interactive Math and ELA station for my students.
