This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

My students need updated technology to enhance their learning in small groups. Kindle Fire Tablets will allow my students to be actively engaged in learning as they improve their computer skills. This would create an awesome learning environment, their very own computer center. The tablets would allow all of my students to gain access to the internet at once, where they could explore and learn about new topics. They would be able to capture pictures and videos to share with their classmates about their virtual experiences. They would be allowed to play math, reading, and spelling games all alone while learning! This would create a learning environment where students become independent learners, explorers and thinkers.

Students will be actively engaged in learning in our very own computer centers as they improve their learning and computer skills.

This will help increase their learning skills, too.
