Kindle Keyboards For 21st Century Typing Skills

My students need 10 kindle keyboards with cases in order to build 21st century skills.

My Students

My students are very enthusiastic about science and technology. They are a bright group of learners.

My students are engaged and ready to learn.

My school is a Title I school. I have a range of students from those who need extra help to students that are advanced.

My fourth graders love to work together and collaborate with other students. They are very excited about learning about engineering, science, and technology. They are always asking when are we going to do our next science experiment.

My Project

My class needs 10 keyboards for their Kindle Fire Tablets in order to be able to type and use technology.

My students will use the keyboards to practice 21st century skills.

We use a lot of technology in my classroom. Students will use their Kindles to play Kahoot, use Mobymax, use Connected software, and Thinkcentral to reinforce their learning and increase skills.

In addition, after completing the writing process, students will type up their writing. Using technology for writing drafts makes revising easier. They can move sentences around and use spell check. Students also enjoy seeing printed versions of their writing.
