Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

This year we are doing a program called "Daily 5." During the day, students will chose what areas they will work in to increase their learning. Bringing a kindle into the classroom will take learning to a whole new level.

The students in my class are from a high poverty area with very limited technology in the classrooms.

The students love to read and are always looking for new ways to increase fluency and comprehension. In a classroom of 23 it is not always easy to find creative ways for learning. A kindle will bring a new experience for all of us.

My Project

Bringing a kindle into the classroom will take learning to a whole new level. Using several apps and games, the students will move from level to level to increase learning.

Donating to this project will improve learning dramatically in the classroom.

Providing students will several different ways to learn allows everyone to participate the best they can.
