Kinders: Play While Learning

My Students

Kindergarten students learn best when they have hand on learning activities. My students are a curious bunch of learners who all love to learn. Each day their eyes light up when we "play" as we learn.

All students receive free and reduced-price lunch.

What I love most about my kinders are that they love learning and love helping each other to reach their highest potential!

My Project

My goal is to provide hands-on learning center choices. The items I chose will help provide my students a comfortable way to learn through play. Centers help students to learn from their mistakes without feeling bad that they made a mistake so this will also help them feel successful and special, while fostering their love of learning.

The centers (hands on learning) will provide the opportunity for students to learn in a more enjoyable way.

Additionally, I would like to provide a variety of options for learning so students can focus on their assignments rather than learning in the standard paper and pencil method.
