"Learning is fun!," I tell my kids. And they know it! I teach kindergarten in a suburb of Houston, TX. I love my job. Children at this age are excited about learning and it gives me the opportunity to get them "HOOKED." If you ask many kindergarten students about their favorite part of each day at school, most will tell you it is learning centers. They think it is just playing and don't realize that they are gaining valuable information. Also, it is during this "play" time, that I can meet with small groups of students to address individual needs. My centers are great and I am proud of the hard work I have put into them. But I need more of a variety and the ones I have are worn. Lakeshore has exciting instant learning centers that build essential language and counting skills. These centers reinforce rhyming, ending sounds, sight words, and counting skills and are for independent, hands-on learning! They are exciting and help me to keep learning fun and enticing for my young students. Please consider helping my kindergarteners with fun and exciting learning centers that will ensure they continue to believe that "Learning is Fun!"
